Chalet Faure is set in a traditional mountain house with rustic rooms including an LCD TV and a minibar. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer.
The wellness centre at Chalet Faure & Spa has kept the original stone walls and vaulted ceilings. It includes a Scottish shower, a hot tub and a thermal bath.
Guests can also enjoy wine and cheese tasting at the “Il Lampione”, a former stable with stone columns that has been renovated into a wine bar right next door.
Located in the historic centre of Sauze d’Oulx, this lovely accommodation is 80 km from Turin and a 30-minute drive from the French border. The owner also runs a ski rental shop a few metres from the accommodation.

We have stayed at Chalet Faure a few times and we always found staying there was very comfortable. Nothing was different this time, the room was clean and spacious, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect! There are so many nice restaurants near this hotel, we found it’s almost impossible to eat twice at the same place while we were there.
We are already planning for the next visit that we can’t wait!

Alpine hospitality at its best!!! A group of us (11 people from the UK, Netherlands and US) stayed at Chalet Faure for 4 days of skiing. This place is so charming and incredibly clean. We enjoyed congregating every morning for a healthy breakfast, as well as evening game playing in the same cozy dining room. The location of this place is absolutely perfect for skiing, dining and apres-ski. The Wine Bar located in the lower level had some incredibly talented local entertainers several evenings as well as delicious wines. Restaurants are all within a short walking distance from the Chalet. If are planning on skiing, I suggest paying for the ski storage located at the base of the lift - book in advance for the cheapest rate. Well worth it. I highly recommend this place!

Lovely hotel, food and staff... We stayed at Chalet Faure for a week of skiing in Jan this year. Great location, lovely rooms and no problems at all. The breakfasts were great too and Annetta was very helpful and a delight. We loved staying here and would highly recommend. My wife wasn't ski-ing this trip and she sourced a small rocking chair so that she was able to sit in our room in comfort. Lovely hotel and staff...

A propos Sauze d'Oulx
Sauze d'Oulx (pronounced: [sauze duls]) is a town in Piedmont (northern Italy) located 80 km (50 miles) from Turin.
Back in 2006 it held the freestyle skiing events for the 2006 Olympic Winter Games.
Together with the villages Pragelato, Sestriere, Claviere, Cesana Torinese, San Sicario and Montgenèvre, in France, it makes up the Via Lattea (Milky Way) 400 km skiing area.
Since the beginning of the 19th century, Sauze d'Oulx has been a destination for the Turin aristocracy, and is still a skiing favourite because of its natural and accessible location.
